Mr. Lewellen has a passion for building healthcare businesses that offer cost-effective, evidence-based solutions through the pursuit of clinical and operational excellence.

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lewellen is responsible for the execution of Tulsa Pain’s strategic direction, growth into underserved markets, and other non-clinical initiatives. He also leads the development of the company’s strategic partnerships and operational foundation, which help the company provide a strong value proposition to its customers – including its patients, referring physicians, strategic partners and insurance companies/payers.

Mr. Lewellen has spent his entire career advising, operating and investing in companies of all sizes across a variety of industries, with a primary focus on healthcare. Prior to Tulsa Pain, he spent a decade addressing the needs of companies through private equity, investment banking and leveraged finance. Mr. Lewellen, a native of Tulsa, graduated from Oklahoma State University where he was a Lew Wentz Research Grant recipient and active in Mortar Board, President’s Leadership Council and a variety of other organizations.
